Pathologic 3 Launches on PC in January 2026, Demo Available Now via Steam Next Fest

HyperTrain Digital and Ice-Pick Lodge have revealed that Pathologic 3 is set to launch on PC on January 9, 2026. For those eager to get a taste of the game, a demo is available now during Steam Next Fest, which began today and continues through October 20, 2025.

Addressing concerns about potential delays, Ice-Pick Lodge has firmly stated on the game’s Steam page that the January release is locked in. “That date is fixed, bolted down, bound by promises, and it’s not budging,” the studio declares.

Alongside the demo’s release and the confirmed launch date, Ice-Pick Lodge unveiled a new trailer for Pathologic 3. The trailer aims to showcase the game’s multifaceted nature, offering players a glimpse into its intricate world.

The demo provides a brief glimpse of the game’s opening, featuring Daniil Dankovsky’s arrival in the City-on-Gorkhon as he searches for an immortal man.

Initially announced in October 2024 with a 2025 release target, Pathologic 3 will arrive just nine days past that window. It’s not the only title featured at Steam Next Fest, as demos for other games, such as Ash and Steel and the Lovecraftian survival horror shooter Beneath, are also available during the event.
