In this article we tested the PRAGMATA on eight different GPUs, including the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 6GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB, AMD Radeon RX 580 8GB, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super, and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti. This mix of both NVIDIA and AMD cards helped give a clear picture of how the game performs across different types of hardware. The main goal was to see how well PRAGMATA handles modern technologies like upscaling and frame generation, and how much they actually improve performance and visual quality during real gameplay. Additionally, we include a complete overview of PRAGMATA, covering its introduction, key details, and system requirements.

PRAGMATA is a modern science fiction action adventure title that represents a bold step by Capcom into original intellectual property. Set within a futuristic lunar environment, the game combines narrative driven storytelling with innovative gameplay systems, placing strong emphasis on the collaboration between human and artificial intelligence. This unique thematic focus, paired with its ambitious design, positions PRAGMATA as a visually striking and mechanically distinctive entry in the current generation of games. Developed and published by Capcom, a studio widely recognized for iconic franchises such as Resident Evil and Monster Hunter, the title highlights the company’s continued expansion into fresh sci fi narratives.

Gameplay Overview

PRAGMATA is a third-person action-adventure game that blends exploration, combat, and puzzle-solving within a sci-fi setting. Players control Hugh, a human astronaut, alongside Diana, an advanced android companion.

Key gameplay elements include:

  • Dual-character mechanics: Players must coordinate between Hugh and Diana, combining physical combat with hacking abilities.
  • Hacking-based combat system: Diana can manipulate enemy systems, adding a strategic layer to encounters.
  • Exploration: The game is set in a lunar research facility overtaken by rogue AI, encouraging environmental interaction and discovery.

PRAGMATA Performance Benchmarks

8 GPUs Benchmarks

Before diving into the results, we’ve previously published detailed benchmark articles covering RTX 5060 Ti vs RX 9060 XT (14 games), Crimson Desert (12 GPU test), and Resident Evil Requiem (6 GPU benchmarks). For this test, We tested PRAGMATA on eight different graphics cards, including both NVIDIA and AMD GPUs, to see how well the game performs with the latest upscaling and frame generation technologies. The focus was on real gameplay, checking not just FPS but also how smooth the experience feels and how good the image quality looks across each GPU. One thing that stood out during testing was that FidelityFX Super Resolution 3 (FSR 3) on Quality mode actually looked better than native resolution with FXAA and TAA, offering sharper and cleaner visuals. Because of that, I decided to skip traditional anti aliasing tests and focus on better image quality settings instead. All gameplay footage was recorded and tested by me using optimized settings to get the best balance between performance and visuals. The full benchmark is available to watch on our YouTube Channel, where you can see real time gameplay results and detailed comparisons.

Testing System

The test system was configured using high-end, performance-oriented hardware to ensure consistent and reliable benchmarking results. It featured an ASRock X670E PG Lightning motherboard paired with an AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor operating at 5.2 GHz. The system was equipped with 32 GB of Corsair DDR5 6200MHz RAM (2×16 GB), along with a fast XPG GAMMIX S70 Blade 1TB Gen4 M.2 SSD for storage. Power was supplied by an XPG Core Reactor II 1200W, ensuring stable performance under demanding workloads.
