G.SKILL has introduced new high-capacity DDR5 memory kits, offering configurations up to 256GB (4x64GB) at DDR5-6000 with a CAS latency of CL32. These kits balance high speed and large capacity, catering to both AMD and Intel platforms.

The 256GB kit consists of four 64GB modules, operating at DDR5-6000 with timings of CL32-44-44-96. Designed with AMD EXPO support, it’s optimized for Ryzen DDR5 systems and belongs to the Trident Z5 Neo RGB and Flare X5 series. These modules utilize high-density ICs and require a BIOS update from 2025 or later for full compatibility.

Additionally, a 128GB (2x64GB) kit is available, running at DDR5-6400 with timings of CL36-44-44-102. It supports Intel XMP for straightforward overclocking, providing robust performance for users seeking speed and capacity while keeping memory slots free.

Both kits are now available worldwide, with certain models already in stock at retailers. G.SKILL aims to release more configurations as motherboard compatibility for 64GB modules expands.
