Abee, a company under WPG Holdings, has introduced the AI Station, a powerful and compact Mini-PC designed to tackle high-performance AI workloads and gaming. At the heart of the AI Station lies AMD’s flagship Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 APU, codenamed Strix Halo, which integrates 16 Zen 5 CPU cores with 32 threads, reaching boost speeds of up to 5.1 GHz. Complementing the CPU is the Radeon 8060S integrated GPU, featuring 40 RDNA 3.5 Compute Units clocked up to 2.9 GHz. This GPU offers performance comparable to discrete laptop GPUs such as the NVIDIA RTX 4060 or 4070, making it capable of handling modern gaming and graphics-intensive applications without the need for a separate graphics card. Additionally, the built-in NPU delivers up to 50 TOPS of AI performance, enabling local inference for large language models and other machine learning workloads.

The AI Station is equipped with 128 GB of LPDDR5X memory operating at 8000 MT/s, a high-capacity configuration that is soldered and non-upgradeable but ample for demanding AI and gaming tasks. Up to 96 GB of this memory can be allocated as VRAM, significantly enhancing the performance of the integrated GPU. To manage heat within the compact form factor, Abee has implemented a custom liquid cooling system that includes a pump directly mounted on the APU, an internal radiator, and dual 92 mm side-mounted fans. This advanced thermal design allows the system to sustain high TDPs—up to 120W—while maintaining stability and performance, leveraging Abee’s experience in server-grade cooling solutions.
Unlike many Mini-PCs that rely on bulky external power bricks, the AI Station incorporates a built-in 400W Flex ATX power supply, streamlining connectivity with a standard power cable and reducing desktop clutter. For networking, it includes both a 2.5GbE and a high-speed 10GbE Ethernet port, catering to data-intensive AI workflows and server applications. While full I/O specifications have not been disclosed, the AI Station is expected to feature common connectivity options such as multiple USB ports, HDMI, and DisplayPort, consistent with other Strix Halo-based Mini-PCs.
