ASRock has officially unveiled four new Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics cards, as listed on its updated website. The upcoming lineup includes two product series: Challenger and Steel Legend. Notably, there are no Taichi models planned for this GPU SKU. Each of the four models will be available in two memory configurations 8GB and 16GB of GDDR6, both operating at 20 Gbps. All cards come factory-overclocked, with no non-OC variants in the lineup. This positions the Challenger series as the likely candidate for AMD’s MSRP-tier options.

The Challenger models feature a compact dual-fan, dual-slot design with a full-cover backplate and a sleek black finish. They are powered by a single 8-pin power connector and offer a game clock of 2700 MHz and a boost clock of 3290 MHz. These specifications represent a 6.7% and 5.1% increase, respectively, over AMD’s reference clocks. On the other hand, the Steel Legend series offers higher performance and improved cooling. These cards adopt a thicker 2.5-slot design with three fans and come in a white color scheme. They maintain the same display outputs as the Challenger (2x DisplayPort 2.1 and 1x HDMI 2.1) and use a single 8-pin power connector. However, their clock speeds are notably higher, with a 2780 MHz game clock and 3320 MHz boost clock, delivering at least a 10% performance uplift over AMD’s base specifications.
