ASUS unveiled the Radeon RX 9070 GRE ATS Megalodon graphics card, exclusively for the Chinese market. Based on AMD’s RDNA 4 architecture and Navi 48 GPU, it features 48 compute units, 3,072 stream processors, and 12GB of GDDR6 memory on a 192-bit bus, delivering 432 GB/s bandwidth.

The card has a boost clock of 2,860 MHz (up to 2,880 MHz with OC profiles via GPU Tweak), a total board power of 220W, and requires dual 8-pin connectors and a 650W PSU. It uses a 2.5-slot triple-fan cooling system with phase-change thermal pads but lacks advanced connectivity like BTF. Priced at 4,199 RMB (~$450 USD after VAT), it’s available for pre-order, with a launch set for May 8, 2025.
