Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Season 01, fully integrated with Warzone, launches on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 9 AM PT across all platforms, delivering the biggest seasonal content drop in the franchise’s history with a massive array of new maps, modes, weapons, attachments, events, and rewards spanning Multiplayer, Zombies, Endgame, and Warzone. This update resets player levels for a fresh progression path, enabling optional Prestige across Co-Op Campaign, Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone, with unified XP gains, weapon leveling, Battle Pass progress, and camo unlocks carrying over seamlessly; all 30 launch weapons from Black Ops 7 plus new Season 01 armaments become available in Warzone with exclusive camos, Prestige attachments, and build sharing features, alongside access to Season 01 Operators, daily/weekly challenges, and calling card challenges like those on Astra Malorum for animated mastery rewards.

In Multiplayer, launch brings four new maps—Fate (6v6 medium-sized, a Cradle-twisted Nicaraguan compound), Utopia (6v6 medium, abandoned futuristic city), Odysseus (6v6/2v2 small, floating carrier for CQC), and remastered Standoff (6v6 medium from Black Ops 2)—alongside party modes like Prop Hunt (updated for Black Ops era), Sharpshooter (FFA with random shared weapons), One in the Chamber (high-stakes classic), and launch window additions of Sticks & Stones and Gun Game; mid-season expands with Takeover (objective territory mode), Sleighjacked (small 6v6 holiday variant), Yakei (Japan 6v6/2v2 small), remastered Meltdown (6v6 medium), and Fringe (returning from Black Ops 6 with distillery theme), plus in-season CODMAS LTMs like Holiday Havoc and Snowfight; new scorestreak Deadeye Drone (575 score, remote sniper with Overclock: Extended Mag/Grenadier) unlocks via weekly challenge, with mid-season returns including Archangel Launcher, Death Machine, and more.

Survival maps: Exit 115 (launch) and Zarya Cosmodrome (mid-season). Modes include Directed (guided quests, max round 15), Cursed (limited HUD/relic hunts), Jingle Hells (CODMAS snowball chaos), and List Keeper’s Challenge. New GobbleGums: Elemental Exposure and Slaylist; returning perks like Mule Kick, ammo mods (Light Mend, Shatter Blast), and field upgrades (Tesla Storm, Frost Blast). Leaderboards offer 30-player events for camos.
