MSI Computer Japan headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, has officially announced the domestic release of the PRO Z890-S WIFI PZ, a new addition to its innovative “PROJECT ZERO” series. This rear connector motherboard emphasizes clean cable management and advanced connectivity.

This motherboard stands out with its rear connector layout and a clean white-silver color scheme, designed to reduce cable exposure for a tidier PC build. Featuring the Intel Z890 chipset and LGA1851 socket, it supports next-generation Intel processors and includes a robust 12+1+1+1 phase digital power circuit for stable and efficient power delivery. On the connectivity front, the PRO Z890-S WIFI PZ is equipped with Wi-Fi 7 offering wireless speeds up to 5.8Gbps, as well as Thunderbolt 4 for high-speed data transfers up to 40Gbps. For memory, it includes four DDR5-8800 slots with a maximum capacity of 256GB.

Storage options include one M.2 PCIe 5.0 x4 slot, two M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 slots, and four SATA 3.0 ports. Expansion is supported through one PCIe 5.0 x16 slot, one PCIe 3.0 x1 (x16 shape) slot, and two PCIe 4.0 x4 (x16 shape) slots. Additional features include a 2.5 Gigabit LAN port using the Realtek 8125D chip, Realtek ALC897 audio codec, and support for Windows 11.
