Players take control of protagonist Romeo Stargazer, an FBI Space-Time special agent who, after space-time itself shatters due to a mysterious incident, survives a near-death experience by donning the cybernetic “DeadGear” mask, transforming him into the liminal “DeadMan” entity stuck between life and death. As he hunts down multiverse-spanning criminals exploiting the chaos, Romeo also investigates the disappearance of his girlfriend, Juliet Dendrobium, uncovering links between her vanishing and the space-time destruction.
